Even if we got a number one draft pick there is no guarantee he will turn out to be as good as expected. plus I will guarantee you no one in that locker room wanted to lose, not Brock Bowers, not Adrian O’Connell, and certainly not Antonio Pierce. It also sounded like the fans at the stadium cheered every time the Raiders got a touchdown. There were no boos or people standing around moping because the team won. If you’re a true raider fan, you know it’s Al Davis‘s policy to just win baby.

5. While true that no one wanted to lose, it's also true that we're going nowhere with O'Connel under center.

While there is no guarantee that a early 1st round pick QB will turn out good, it's a 100% certainty that we're going nowhere without one.

7. and besides, I bet you can not name a team in NFL History that deliberately would lose all remaining games

to base all their hopes on a first round draft pick, IF THEY even get that, there are four teams right now in front of the Raiders, and none of them are guaranteed to get the player they want and it would be very expensive to trade up. The Raiders found that out last year, when we all expected the them to trade up for a first round draft pick and no we didn't get a quarterback, they were gone by #13 when we got Brock Bowers, a massive bit of luck,.

If you are a Raiders fan you might want to listen to what J.T. The Brick has to say about the draft situation and also Lincoln Kennedy who played for the Raiders. No one in that LOCKER ROOM was told to lose the game, or expected to Lose, or even wanted to lose a football game, especially after a ten game losing streak.
