No idea when this started but I saw this over at Blues News:

I checked out the page here:

Some of the things are not games but rather in game items. A lot of the games I've never heard of and the only one I see that I've actually played is Stellaris (the Prime games are all PC, I played Stellaris on PS4) and it's a pretty cool 4X strategy game. I'm not sure I'd sign up just for the games but it may interest you if you already have Prime and did not know.

(18,038 posts)I understand that the Prime is attached to Twitch in some fashion (whatever that is). I would like to give this a try. Do I need to get a game controller and how does it talk with Prime? Any resources suggestions would be appreciated. Can't say what I would like in gaming. I very much enjoyed the games Star Castle and a game where geometric shapes floated across the screen that you had to avoid (can't think of its name). If you were hit by one of the shapes you craft was destroyed by what looked like electricity.

(21,894 posts)I expect it goes something like this:
1 - On your computer, go to the Amazon page linked in the OP while logged into Prime.
2 - Select the game you wish to download. It should give some type of pop-up asking where on your computer you want to put it, select a folder (or create one) and click 'OK' (or something similar) to begin the download.
3 - Once the download is complete, you may have to 'un-zip' the download.
4 - In the folder you downloaded the game to, there will be an icon to start the game, double click on it and the game will start.
As for the games themselves... I suggest you go to youtube and put in the name of the game. Pretty much all games have gameplay videos on youtube, you can watch a bit and see if you like it.
As for controlling the game... Many games have controller options to work them but also most work fine with keyboard and mouse. Instructions should be a part of the games main menu (usually under the 'Options' selection and the 'Controls' or something similar) once you start it up.
That should get you started.
