On the trail, we eat string cheese, apples and pretzels.

Can substitute raisins for the apples.

Tuna on a pita with ... string cheese.
Peanut butter on a pita and some fruit

The common theme is that you won't crush the meal and it requires no refrigeration.

I have gone 24 hours on Clif Bars and Starbucks double shot fraps. The mulberry tree in the campsite was da' bomb. Summer in Wisconsin!

How about macaroni and cheese with a 6 ounce can of salmon, a can of peas, and fresh spinach? We are big fans of one pot meals for the easy clean up. Don't forget the Mrs. Dash!
