I have tried St.Joseph, worked prayers ON the land, used printouts of the listing and buried the keys etc in the dirt with St J... tried sigils...feels like everything!

Am I still attached to this place and need to do some sord cutting/clearing?

** summary ** I have 40 ac of family property I am trying to sell, cannot get anywhere with it! Need to get it sold so we can invest and save for our retirement..

I feel like I got manipulated by my sister, and I have thrown some shady magic at her as well... did that backfire and mess up my chances of selling?

Can anyone do a reading or give me some advice? I thought I'd use the second night of Full Moon to try and push things forward again, do some personal work, etc...

I have been looking for acreage to buy in California... I work remotely most of the time so with a trailer and starlink ( even if I hate Eloon )... I might enjoy some peace and quiet.

Is the title to the land clear?

Have you sold mineral rights to someone else?

2. I too, had some land that I originally really liked, but it was too far off the beaten path, and thus, not really very

workable for us. The area is a popular trout fishing area too, w/ lots of fishermen, but there are hunters too, during hunting season, but still, jobs are few and far in-between, area is located right behind a major state park (trout fishing). It took me a while to sell my places too out there, a 17-acre plot, and then a 20-acre plot. I finally lowered the price down enough to help enable my neighbors to buy the pieces of property, and thus far, they seem happy (and I am too).

My sister even wanted it (the properties) since my Mom and Dad's old place was right next to my properties. She didn't get the properties since someone else had already bought them, someone who's from that same neighborhood, so a plus+ for my comment to try and get in touch w/ neighbors, they might know someone who might want the property.
