Is he interested in your daughter's pagan pathway. Or is he venturing into it on his own?

He also makes "magic" wands and sells them. They're very cool. I honestly don't know his personal belief system now, but he was raised Methodist and didn't give a shit when my mother had him excommunicated for "infidelity". We all change as life goes on. My daughter loves the support so it isn't my place to question either of them on the matter.

I have a wiccan friend. She as close as I get to having a real witch for a friend. Even if I kinda think of my self as sorta witchy she has me beat. Any hoo, about the wands, she was visiting some friends and someone had carved up a stick and wired a crystal to the top. She picked it up, waved it around, while saying some typical verbage incantation stuff and some silverware went flying off the table. Woo woo.

It's quite strong and well worn. I used it when two friends and I walked from College Park, MD to the Mall in D.C. for the 20th Anniversary MLK Jr. march. That was an experience. It still has the purple ribbon on it that a guy from a gay rights group was handing out. It's more like a pale lavender now, but it's still there.

Nothing beats a nice, serviceable walking stick! (unless it's a real magic wand).

On Edit: Most of life is karma. My wife found me, but I would have diddled her in an instant. I waited out of respect. We're coming up on #25.
