Has everyone been following the horrible advice from Dear Prudence at Slate regarding the Wiccan

Husband? Take a gander at this video:

The advice is sneering and condescending other than get some counseling.

The comments are excellent.

Surely she would have know that the video in this would stir up the Pagan community. I wonder what her intent was for this?

Seriously, the ignorance from both prudence and the wife pisses me off. The husband put up with his wife's beliefs for years and even gave them a chance by going to church with her and the wife should respect him enough to at least tolerate his beliefs, though I think she owes them a chance as he gave her Christianity a chance. Prudence also seemed ignorant of witchcraft and magic in general by talking about eye of newt and other stereotypical things that I'd bet is never used in spells. Prudence is ignorant of this topic and should should have stayed silent. As Gandalf said "the wise speak only of what they know."
