Ridiculous to be age restricted, unless decider does not want to inform/educate/teach.

Thanks to my mother's teaching and, believe it or not PBS, many of the youths needs to see that the hate around them is not the way.

Also kids 13 and up needs to see it. At that age it's time for them to what is out there and hopefully join the fight against it.
