This video has been posted in GD by me but I'm posting it here to talk about how the Christian Nationalism movement is doing a lot of what this video talks about.
To me it's scary. We see how trump, the MAGA movement and the Christian Nationalism are tied together.
It's not just us nonreligious that are or should be worried. Other religions are and should be too.
I know that nonbelievers and other religions beliefs are strange allies, but we have a common enemy right now.
We all need to look close at who we vote for on federal, state and local levels. This Nationalist will try to say they are Democrat to get into Democrat leaning areas.
We atheists are more than likely going to be on their hot and heavy attack list next. Sure, we've been hated on by them before, but I think we are going to be the test subjects about passing laws against people who don't believe in their god.
They are already going after groups that are not acceptable to their beliefs. Passing laws on state level , biggest is women health. But we all have seen what they have done to the transgender community as well.
It's like in the movie Jurastic Park where the Velociraptors were attacking the fence to find weaknesses. That is exactly what these so called Christian Nationalist are doing.
I know some would say I'm sounding paranoid but I know what I see and I don't like it.
