Snow expected to begin southern MD Sunday night @ 11 p.m.,

expected to continue THROUGH the day Monday, 'mostly clear' 3 a.m. Tuesday.

WINDY all day Tuesday, highest 20 nw, 1 - 2 p.m.

I have started checking his web site regularly for his forecasts like this. He often put out a ten day forecast and is pretty accurate most of the time. He doesn't talk much about my area but I can see it when he has the whole country displayed and I can read weather maps, kind of have to if you live in rugged territory!
