People Who Like To Be Alone Have These 6 Special Personality Traits

------------------------------------------------

I've always loved being alone and wondered if there was something "wrong" with me. It's good to know that there's probably not, lol.

A long time ago. Much like having an "outside voice" and an "indoor voice" introverts maintain a public persona and are only themselves when alone, at home.

Your description makes sense to me. ❤️

If you haven't already there's a thread here called Take the Test that links to a free version.

I've taken a few through college and work activities and the results are always the same. Thanks for the thread suggestion!

with that need to recharge by being alone. I'm learning that there's a lot more people just like us than I ever thought — probably unsung as a result of some societal or culture pressure to avoid being seen as another "odd loner". Another benefit of getting older: Who cares?

I've been calling it "going to church" when I take off for some time out in the desert or up in the hills while being thankful that my handful of close friends and especially my wife somehow get it and can allow me that space.

Recharge baby!
