I didn't even get a chance to read it and be amused.

(36,530 posts)She seemed pretty respectful, yet had a way of getting her point across.
I've seen her being accused of being at least four different banned members, by people who have an issue with the group.
I think its fair to say she was a returnee, yet I don't agree with the ban. I liked her too.

(7,237 posts)Not sure what she did that was banworthy this time.
Seems a little ridiculous (unless she posted something horrible that I am not aware of) when they allow some of the nastier sexist jackasses to continue to stir shit indefinitely.

(54,936 posts)and the administrators received several requests for IP checks when she first joined and did nothing. I fail to see why they should act now. As for the claims she was Iverglas, I know that she is not. I don't know what her former DU name was, but I do know that she was not Iverglas.
MadrasT
(7,237 posts)Nice.
And no, she was clearly not iverglas.

(115,172 posts)Yep. Sure seems like that is the case.

(42,478 posts)I don't think she'd wipe her shoes on DU, much less troll the place. I wasn't around when she got banned-- retaking a break. But she sure got people in a tizzy.

(54,936 posts)How Xula could be Iverglas if I was Iverglas. I figured they wouldn't take it for the joke it is, though. Many people were certain I was Iverglas, and MIRT was so convinced they sent up at least three IP checks on me. She is the boogey woman they fear is constantly watching them. The paranoia about her is phenomenal.

(36,530 posts)courtesy. I do know there were posts about her in mirt from almost the first day she arrived. People had emailed mirt members that they felt she was a return troll. That's not unusual. I've seen it with other posters as well. So long and short of it is I don't know if it was proven who she was, or if the emails from members to mirt led to the status of return troll. There were no hidden posts, so the discussion revolved around emails from the community.

(42,478 posts)Helen Reddy, and that type. She had clearly been here before.
BainsBane
(54,936 posts)She was clear she had been here before from the first day she signed up. Moreover, the administrators knew she had been since MIRT sent multiple requests for IP checks up at that time. Yet only today did they decide to PPR her.
She, however, was not Helen Reddy. I know that because I email Helen from time to time.

(42,478 posts)I liked her posts, and I don't think admins. Pay much attention to timelines here.
I figured she had been banned before, but I didn't think she was a troll
