Rape is OK if rapist will marry victim

Justice in Mozambique: rapists can avoid prosecution if they will marry their rape victim. So rape victims can be forced into a marriage, and with their rapists. How horrible!

It's what comes from viewing "rape" as a crime of property damage instead of one of violence against a person.
