(2,684 posts)Wage slavery exploits your body and your life. I know people on permanent disability because of the work they have done. One committed suicide. Millions of Americans working full-time cant afford rent on an apartment. Your dismissal is absurd.

(2,684 posts)a comment that expands on the idea, and you object because you want keep the conversation on one narrow point. Prostitution as metaphor for capitalism has been around for ages. See Godards film Every Man For Himself.

(2,684 posts)I agree with the thread, and my only comment would be that we need to change a fundamentally patriarchal and exploitative system that pushes so many women into sex work in the first place.
