Related: About this forumWatching the movie 'King of Comedy'...
I think someone posted about this before, but the main character in this little known Martin Scorsese/ Robert Dr Niro film bears a remarkable resemblance to both Donald Trump and George Santos. In fact I wonder if George Santos didn't get some of his moves specifically from this movie, which concerns a shameless con man who becomes wildly successful in spite of everything.
I hadn't seen 'King of Comedy' in ages, and it was rather a creepy experience.
I wonder if either Dr Niro or Scorsese has made this connection.

I have seen it a few times, I thought it was very good, but creepy.
