but there sure is a lot more talent out there these days, so I think we can expect some exciting games with a few upsets!

then there is a shaking out period and somewhere in January we get a real picture.

But this year, Connecticut, South Carolina and UCLA seem to be a cut above. Not totally sure about Texas, but they did have the chops last year.
