I made my first batch of cannabutter and then brownies with half of it. Total success!

I felt great all day. Nice buzz for sure out on my morning walk about an hour and a half after eating a brownie, but just a real nice relaxed feeling all morning and into the afternoon.

I just used some shake from one of the dispensaries. 21% THC and .20% CBD on the label. $40 for a half oz. About ten bucks of weed in the brownies then. Add a couple more bucks in brownie ingredients and that's only 75 cents per brownie. I had pretty good luck with candies I bought at the shop, but this was way better. I'd have to eat two of the 100mg candies at $1.50 apiece to get as good of a buzz.

I'm afraid these might be habit forming.

3. Here's the link for the shop I use. I have a mad scientist grower buddy in Oregon, but he had

problems recently with flooding and had to shut down. His primo bud is insane and I usually get that cheap enough that the shop has nothing to compare. I'll have to ask him if I can take some of his trimmings off his hands to use for cannabutter.

Instructs you to decarb the pot first. That is a must do before you infuse.

No need for water actually - after decarb, spray weed with Everclear, put two sticks of butter in a crock pot, melt it - switch to low heat and add 16 gm of pot or shake and cook on low for about 6 hrs. Strain thru cheese cloth and put in a jar in the freezer till use.
