They are filled with hatred, anger, revenge for perceived wrongs.
Paranoid, out of touch with reality.

Musk admits to being drugged out most of the time.
Marge on steroids.

How awesome would it be if the excessive steroid use caused large Marge to grow a low hanging pair of testicles, and she were banned from any rest room anywhere.
