Democratic Sen. Alex Padilla of California tells "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" that "there doesn't have to be a conflict unless that's what Trump wants" as his state's governor, Gavin Newsom, has convened a special session this week to set aside money to battle the incoming Trump administration.

deportation bandwagon driven by Trump/MAGA idiocy. Yes we needed the workers and the existing formal immigration system did not work to fill the jobs.
