Most college students are on their winter break gathering with family and friends. But some from outside the United States may return to campus early this holiday season after several universities and colleges are advising them that the incoming Trump administration may make it more difficult for them to return later. With the colleges and universities. College enrollment is headed off a cliff. Many are closing and others consolidating.

International students pay out-state tuition. From a teacher standpoint, they bring much to the class. I mostly found them to be diligent, respectful, and appreciative of the opportunity.
