21 Members of Congress sent a letter urging President Biden to exonerate the late Civil Rights leader Marcus Garvey. The plea is part of a decades-long effort to clear Garvey’s name, who was convicted of mail fraud in 1923 following a campaign of government surveillance and targeting – charges Rep.
