won't impact his taking office as results already certified, so doesn't really matter.
Let's see how they rule on the release of the Smith report, that will be more telling in my view.

Some of the conservatives on the court recognize that they must occasionally rule in a way that isn't totally in line with what Donnie wants in order to pretend to be independent and impartial.
So they do it when it doesn't matter.
