The increasing risk and destruction from climate-related disasters is so plain that in some states where climate-driven fires and storms are especially devastating, some insurers are withdrawing coverage for flooding and fires.

...to do conduct business that they know will result in financial losses.

Insurance companies, like everyone else, are well aware of the effects our CO2 emssions are causing and will do business accordingly, of course.
