in 2016 by falsely claiming Bernie actually won the California Democratic Primary because provisional ballots were getting thrown out. That was a lie.

California insures ALL Legal VOTES are counted, including provisional ballots, that is why it can take up to a week to get a final vote count here.

And it doesn't appear that much (if anything) is being down to fix this, other than what Palast is doing. 47,000 white republicans challenging the votes of people of color without them even knowing about it, up until the day of the election. Why isn't anyone talking about this on the mainstream media? It's insane.
