Trump REFUSES TO SIGN the Key Doc before SWEAR IN - Meidas Touch

Don’t believe the “headlines”, Trump’s transition is already “illegal” and he refuses to sign the key transition agreements to obtain top secret clearance for his team and him before he takes the oath of office, making the US vulnerable to a pandemic, cyber attack or war launched by our enemies as Trump takes the oath of office.

Michael Popok explains why Trump doesn’t care about leaving his voters vulnerable while he and his Administration continues to print money on the way in. - 11/28/2024.

old. 3) been a US resident for the past 14 years and 4) not an insurrectionist

See Article II, Section 1, Clause 5: and 14th Amendment, Clause 3.

Thats it. Nothing about signing for a background check.

order. Again, how does this make the US mare prone to a pandemic? Is global pandemic issues a 'top secret clearance' area anyway? Should it be?

Again, why should pandemic information be subject to top secret clearance?

Intel Briefings and "Top Secret" are not the same thing. Believe it or not, some of us have gone through that and know the difference.
And you can continue to believe that " his team can/will be given top secret clearance by executive order" because you know that is a fact!
Top Secret can be subjective, honest!!! But of course, you know better.
You might think SOME may be getting top secret clearence when YOU really don't know that they are or aren't. There are those (may be hard to believe) that can and will restrict "everything" because they KNOW the recipient can not or will not conform to requirements now or in the future. Information can or may be fed on a when and if "need to know only" basis.
If you believe the "executive" knows everything, you've been watching too many Bond movies.
But please continue to believe the Constitution is always followed by those in power or want to be even when you see the other side misusing it...but that's ok so long as "we" dont! Right?
