Some of those gestures were ASL. I recognized the "bullshit" sign, which I learned from watching Curb Your Enthusiasm. It's a very useful sign.

My coffee will be ice cold by the time I stop laughing enough to drink it!

The skit was going pretty well already, had me laughing several times, but Melissa McCarthy almost killed ME! She's just awesome.
