Elon Musk, a foreigner - could become the Speaker of the House.

But is it even legal or constitutional for Musk, who is not a US citizen, to assume control over Congress?

1. Damn, Thom. Get it right. He IS a naturalized US citizen; however there is reason to believe

that involved an illegal work history while on a J-1 visa thereby making his transition to H1-B highly suspect. Reporters have enough evidence and admissions from investors (and even his own brother) to make it likely he DID work here illegally, leading to the development of his own business. But, he is a naturalized citizen, and THAT matters.

Maybe CREW can FOIA the government's own records (LOL--under Trump, sure). That's the only way to fully confirm what he did.

He came here on a student visa and never attended class. He overstayed his visa.
