I’m not sure about. His last caveat was about drugs and that was the thing he didn’t think tfg did. I’m pretty sure he has a drug problem. Whether it’s illegal or his doctors can’t get his medication right.

They are being picked for predicted faithfulness to Trump's future wishes.

In a normal world, those positions would go to people with proven abilities in public service and no hidden agendas.
