He has no ideas, no imagination, no thoughts of his own: so he goes with 10,000 year old ideas rooted in basic primitivd emotion.

What a fucking drain on society that useless sack of shit is.

2. And, has been said so often, he never thinks of other people, only himself. It's as if no one else exists - or matters

And this was the individual that his voters believed would be the best at making life better for the American people, the job of every POTUS.

4. Shrub's legacy in Texas as governor

George W. Bush almost seemed to revel in carrying out the death penalty when he was governor. It was said that no other governor oversaw as many executions during his/her tenure.

Most telling was the anecdote of Shrub responding to Tucker Carlson's question concerning convicted murderer Karla Faye Tucker. Tucker had become a born again Christian while on death row, something one would think could impress Bush for some mercy. Not in this case. Bush responded in a high-pitched voice, meant to represent Tucker, that her message to Bush would be, "Please don't kill me!"

Bush defended his position as he "had to enforce the law."

Deja vu all over again.

6. The death penalty is a cold-blooded killing, and he doesn't have to actually do it. He loves it.

but i would rather not execute 100 guilty murderers than ecevute 1 innocent man.

too many men have been found innocent after decades on my state's death row for me to be confident that we are not murdering innocents.
