I've watched a couple different news conferences at this point and even in them they note, repeatedly, that most of the reports are planes, helicopters or even just stars in the sky.
The feds have responded to the concerns and per the usual people rather believe fantasy then reality:

The FBI and the Department of Homeland Security both said in a joint statement on Thursday that there is no evidence the drone sightings pose a national security or public safety threat. They added that many reported sightings are “manned aircraft, operating lawfully.”
