always say that they are going to cut taxes, and cut "wasteful" spending. Nobody enjoys paying taxes, even if they recognize the necessity of taxes. And, in a 6.8 trillion dollar budget, there is always spending on things not everybody approves of. Because the republicans cater to big business and the rich, people think that they understand the economy better.
