It's not the grammar, caps or writing style.

He wouldn't write this because he wouldn't give the "insult" any oxygen. He knows it would make him look weak. He may be dumb as a rock on the substantive things, but he has a sly political instinct. Like all con artists, he knows the game and how to play it. Sadly for us.
