25. Sure, teens I can agree with - but the adults know full well

what they are agreeing with. My 50-something husband is not even sure what he would do if he sat on that jury & he is not some hot and bothered teen girl. But he has fought with insurance companies. I can go into the story if you want to hear it - it's about when I had the emergency C-section and UH did not want to pay for the surgeon that saved both my life and our son's life. My husband happens to be an attorney and UH of course DID pay in the end, but it took a lot of effort on our part. So many people have stories like that & the worse ones where their family member does die and they still are not compensated.

So, you can be cavalier if you want, but I can assure you that people are serious about this. They understand, and they empathize with Mr. Mangione.
