According the OP, he hasn't cleared this event with the people responsible for the venue, but since Donnie believes he has a "mandate" it's all OK - what Dear Leader wants, Dear Leader gets.
Maybe there will be a freak bolt of lightning during the event - if so, I'll reconsider my belief in a benevolent deity.
