The Eggs we Consume are to be Pasteurized. Has the FDA tested the Water? On the Industrial side, who knows if these eggs are Pasteurized? Safe Food Handling Training: Has someone checked the eggplant to see if everyone working there is up to date on yearly Safe Food Handling?
