79. lot rent has gotten insanely expensive
Fri Dec 27, 2024, 05:26 PM
Yesterday

we have one of the lowest HOA fees in the Tampa Bay area. We are in a gated, golf course community with all the fixin's, and we only pay $550 a quarter. And we are actually about breaking even because the HOA negotiated a great deal with Spectrum - the quarterly fee also covers our cable, phone and internet, and that was running close to $200 a month for a lot of people.
