It may be, but there are other possibilities - automatic mailed payments from the bank which the post office delayed, for example. All I know is that the doctor said he was told Part B was not in effect when the treatment was scheduled to start.

My spouse's doctor had been pestering her for years to explore the surgery because when he asked her to follow the pencil to test her peripheral vision/tracking ability, she couldn't see the pencil unless it was right in front of her.
