Oh, they notic it all right. But they admire it. they think it is masculinity. "Real men don't show emption." "Real men don't cry." Because that's what they - including the women - have been brought up to believe.

That's also why at least some of them say that we - liberals - think that all masculinity is toxic. Pretty much everything they know, or think they know, about masculinity is toxic. But it isn't actual masculinity.
