The Rose garden would still be there, but the obscenely large flag pole in the back he had put in (one of two--the other in the front) isn't perfectly straight. I think the picture shows this. Maybe it was too big and interfered with helicopters as you suggested, or the rigging failed--he often hires shady companies.

Is this at white house or Mar a Lago? They let the flag touch the ground. If he fell there's no one to assist him either

The photo says White House. Mar a Largo is in southern FLA so would not be wearing a heavy overcoat.
