"First of all they must be arrested... and the criminal code will be found."

I find this distraction fearful because I believe Bondi might follow through. His entire cabinet only keep their jobs by strict adherence to his wishes and demands. Will he try to deny bond if they arrest him? Will he appear in court sitting in a cage?

This is a very alarming remark, even if it's a distraction.
