Which is exactly what the Billionaires who will move abroad to hide taxes will say. Granted, I would favor a meanms test so that middle class folks do not get hit hard, but if you do not think this change would start to see an exodus of the rich to places like , oh Canada, the way Burger King did, you are at the very least, mistaken.
