bullshit. FBAR is $10,000 and FACTA is $50,000 from my understanding. Those are both pretty damn low thresholds to have to file hundreds of dollars of extra paperwork. My account went over $10,000 this year, so I'll have to file for FBAR next year, but I guarantee you it's going to start slipping below $10,000 later in the year and stay there. Fuck that shit.
