Multiple injuries reported after Madison school shooting [View all]

Madison Police are reporting multiple injuries after a shooting at a K-12 school on the city's east side.

Officers said the shooting occurred shortly before 11 a.m. at Abundant Life Christian School and that it remains an active and ongoing investigation.

Police are asking people to avoid the area.

Abundant Life Christian School was founded in 1978, according to its website. There are approximately 200 families serviced by the school, from the Madison and Dane County area.
