In beef share they sell quarters of beef, halves of beef or whole beef and leave the steer on the hoof until they've sold the whole thing. They wanted a shelf-stable product to sell on Amazon and got Taylor to learn to make jerky. If the reviews are any indication he's doing a lot better at creating jerky than controlling his emotions.
