With the FEMA head cleared, that means there’s a 100% chance the leaker was Noem or Lewandowski. My money is on the former, trying to thread the political needle by sending out an SOS for a future claim of “independence” instead of doing the honorable thing: resigning and, in so doing, bravely and publicly disassociating herself from this nonsense.
