8. True. Everybody in my family loved Kennedy.

Both my parents voted for him (unusual because
my Dad usually voted Republican).

We lived in Dallas. I was 15 when he was assassinated.

My parents were on their way to a Kennedy fundraiser
in Hillsboro when they heard he'd been shot, and they
had to turn around and come home.

One of the saddest days of our lives.

Guess how many tears we'd shed for Trump?
