Can't say I'm surprised we're here now. Fascists love this kind of fucking talk. They love, love, love to see themselves as virtuous, hard workers who work harder than anyone else (because everyone they don't like is lazy and jobless, don't you know) and relish in this ancient idea that absolutely everything in life should be tied to that--that no one fucking deserves anything in life if you dare to not lick the boot 24/7, or otherwise dare to question the status quo whatsoever.
