7. Does this blue print include the $880 billion cuts to Medicaid?

The articles I read said that there were amendments to protect Medicaid & Medicare, but who knows what that really means. If Medicaid gets gutted, especially as we could be headed to another Great Recession, we could see people literally dying on the streets. I hope to god this doesn’t happen
