Local knowledge

Kiggans district is basically Va Beach - THE money epicenter of the Va GOP going back to the Obenshein’s. It has Suffolk avoids Norfolk 😉 and swallows up half of the Eastern Shore.

Wittman is my Rep. his district looks like a wave. It starts in the north part of the Peninsula (Poquoson is as white but professional as you can imagine), up 64, reached out to the counties on the Bay, wraps around Richmond 😉 swallowing up Easter Henrico 😉 and takes up the middle third of Chesterfield county ( a lot of golf course communities).
