I agree with the sentiment expressed in the story that Trump has a unique ability to turnout voters for himself, but that doesn't translate to other candidates even if they run on the exact same issues using the same language. Whatever your opinion is of Fetterman, he pointed this same phenomenon out when he was a candidate.
