Even after they killed their own child. Reminds me of the case of the right wing jackass that shot his own daughter through the closet door as she was pranking him. He thought she was an intruder. After the murder, the father was asked if he was going to keep his guns. "We gotta keep are gunsss teh perteck ourselfs."
